Rates

$90 – $140 per individual session

$150 – $220 per couples session

Payment

I accept checks and all major credit cards (including HSA and FSA accounts) as forms of payment. The fee for the session is due on the day of service.

Insurance

I accept insurance for individual counseling only. Depending on your current health insurance provider, your coverage may be paid in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you. Please note, the client is responsible for verifying insurance benefits and paying unpaid claims.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include behavioral health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need prior authorization?
• What is my copayment?

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid a $75 fee.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost if you don’t use insurance to cover your session.  You will receive the estimate in the first session.
