The Virtue Place provides counseling services for anxiety, depression, and grief. My goal is to become a part of your team and provide a safe, supportive place where you can heal and grow. I believe addressing root causes provides the most lasting healing and growth. During our time together, I will help you gain insight into what is keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns. Additionally, I want to help you develop a positive relationship with yourself, which will transfer to developing fulfilling relationships with others. We will also experiment on identifying coping strategies you can use to integrate in your daily life.
I mainly use Cognitive Behavorial Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based therapy to help clients heal and grow.
